DHL decides to deliver after 6pm and 7pm is ridiculous. When you call you are told you are unable to pick up your package. You will continue to get misinformed and the run around. When you call customer service they play the game of less waste your time. You don't have nothing better else to do.. SMFH I'm completely over DHL at this point!!!!
Unbelievably poor customer service. Unbelievably poor customer service. It's impossible to access a human, and the the customer service phoneline costs money to call. Trying to deal with DHL has been so incredibly frustrating, and it's stressful to think that my return has to be handled by such an incompetent company.
